4SaleBoards

The 4SaleBoards service enables estate agents to take enquiries from applicants 24 hours a day. The idea is simplicity itself. Each For Sale sign carries a unique number (e.g. A1), representing the property in question and is unique to each agent. Anybody passing the property, who wants to know more, may text this code to the number displayed on the board. Within seconds, they receive a return text message giving details of the property, this can then be stored on the phone for future reference. Try it now by texting A1 to 07786 204303!

Each Branch is able to enter as many property details as they wish. Each property has a unique reference (assigned as a group at setup). Once the property has been sold the code will be re-used for the next new property and the sign moved accordingly.

Costs

There is no charge to set up 4SaleBoards just a monthly charge of £20.00. Text messages sent out through the system cost 12p each and are purchased in advance.

The set-up cost includes a web interface providing each of your branches with their own online program to manage property details. A "short code" (a 5 digit number like 81234) is provided to simplify its use. Every time someone texts the sign the details of the enquirer are e-mailed to a nominated e-mail address, and the online report interface also offers access to their details to allow enquiries to be followed up. Bespoke Integration
